Don was born in 1947, admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1972 and the Florida Bar in 1982. He attended Miami University and graduated phi beta kappa. He graduated from the University of Chicago Law School where he was chosen for the law review. He served in the Naval Judge Advocate General's Corps and defended clients in court martial proceedings from 1973-1976. From 1977 to 1992 he was first an associate then a litigation partner at Rudnick & Wolfe.

Don has represented clients in partnership disputes, construction litigation, fraud claims and breach of contract actions. Don has tried cases involving challenges to the constitutionality of zoning ordinances of Palos Park, Glenview, Northbrook, Matteson, Barrington, Skokie, Cook County and Lake County. As an assistant attorney general, he has represented the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority in condemnation proceedings. Don also has extensive federal court experience in cases involving claims of race, age and national origin discrimination.

Jim was born in 1955, and admitted to the Illinois bar in 1980. He attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, receiving his B.S. in Accountancy in 1977 and his J.D. in 1980. From 1980 through 1983, Jim was an associate at Keck, Mahin and Cate, and from 1983 through 1993 he was first an associate and then a partner at Rudnick & Wolfe. In 1993 he joined Don Glickman in practice.

Jim handles a wide variety of commercial and real estate related matters. He has litigated cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Jim has also handled several arbitrations, including a lengthy commercial arbitration heard in Osaka, Japan. The vast majority of Jim's work comes from referrals from other attorneys. A small sample of the results that Jim has obtained for his clients include obtaining a multi-million-dollar verdict on behalf of a major retailer in a lease dispute, successfully representing the CEO of several publicly-held companies in a series of court actions and arbitrations with his former employers, and successfully defending a class action seeking well in excess of $1,000,000.

Tom was born in 1943 and admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1978 after receiving his J.D. with honor from the DePaul University College of Law. He attended the University of Chicago with a B.A. in history with honors in 1965 and an M.A. in social services administration in 1968. He was an associate and partner at the firm of Karon, Morrison & Savikas, a founder and principal of the firm of Schaefer, Rosenwein and Fleming and head of the intellectual property practice at Peterson & Ross LLC before joining Don Glickman and Jim Flesch in 2003. Tom's practice focuses on intellectual property counseling and litigation in the areas of patents, trademarks and copyrights, including e-commerce, covenants not to compete and licensing. He also practices in the areas of employment disputes, contracts and insurance coverage. He has litigated extensively in state courts, federal courts and arbitration venues. He represents established companies, start-ups and individuals. Tom has authored articles on the Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit, the Federal Trademark Dilution Act and business methods patent litigation. He has also lectured on topics that include e-commerce risks and insurance coverage for trademark disputes.
